Welcome to our lovely three storey, four bedroomed holiday rental home welcoming up to nine guests. Featuring a lovely lounge and open dining room along with a well-equipped kitchen, with many modern appliances, you can choose whether to simply relax at the Cottage or discover the stunning coastline of Yorkshire and all its amenities.

Sandholme, is a Fabulous Fisherman's Cottage nestled in the top seaside destination of Filey. The location boasts beautiful beaches, an 18 hole golf course and a 9 hole golf course and a family friendly seaside resort including a children's paddling pool, a crazy golf course and boating lake. The Ravine Skate Park in Filey maybe worth a visit for Skateboarders and BMX fans. Surfing maybe an option too during the winter months. Filey has something for everyone. A blend of nature that is home to stunning scenery, dramatic cliffs and the Jurassic and Cretaceous geology known as Dinosaur Coast.

Sandholme Cottage is the perfect getaway. Ideally located, close to shops and restaurants. A property steeped in history but modernised throughout to offer comfort and luxury. There is a cloakroom on the ground floor, a bathroom on the first floor and a shower room on the second floor creating plenty of spaces to get ready for the day or night!

This property is perfect for gathering together family and friends. Offering four bedrooms, two king-size, two twin with one twin offering an optional trundle bed. This property comfortably sleeps 9 people and is an ideal base to share time together whilst exploring the stunning East Coast of Yorkshire.

The property is ideally located in the splendid seaside town of Filey close to the award-winning five mile beach and a five minute walk to the town. This is a great location.

There has been a £400,000 revamp of three play parks in Filey and some of the area's activities can be experienced at West Avenue Pitch and Putt and Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park. South Cliff Italian Gardens and Scarborough Maritime Heritage Centre are also worth considering.

Just 20 minutes from Sandholme Cottage is the brilliant Alpamare Waterpark offering a gigantic wave pool, warm outdoor garden, splash and play area and a stunning outdoor infinity pool. If you dare, take one of the four exhilarating and long water rides to get the adrenaline flowing. Or simply enjoy the state-of-the-art calming Elemis Wellness Suite.
